These terms apply to all users of this website and any other website operated by Milkcow. If you do not accept these terms then you should immediately stop using this website. Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

All material on this site is protected by copyright. You may only copy, download and reproduce it for your own personal use. You must not use it in any way for commercial purposes or for gain unless you first obtain our written consent. To gain consent please contact Milkcow at info@milkcow.co.uk

Sales & Services
A contract for us to supply you with goods or services will only be created when we accept your order (which we may do in writing, by email or by fulfilling that order electronically). Goods and services advertised on this website may not actually be available when you place your order as we reserve the right to withdraw services at any time.

We will endeavour to deliver goods and provide services on the basis and in accordance with the timescales mentioned on this site but time shall not be of the essence of those arrangements and we will have no liability if we are delayed in or prevented from providing the goods/services by factors beyond our control.

All deliveries will be made to the customers registered address or the address specified on the original order. Milkcow reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £5.00 at their discretion for any change to the original address.

This website is made available on the basis that there are excluded, to the extent permitted by law, any terms implied by statute or otherwise and all liability for any loss or damage however it arises out of the use of this website or reliance on its content.

All payments will include VAT at the current rate unless specified otherwise. To obtain a written VAT receipt of any order please write to Milkcow, The Bow House, Mill Lane, Little Hallingbury, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM22 7QT.

Contributions
We are delighted to receive your contributions to our bulletin boards, social networking sites, chat rooms and written or electronically supplied contributions but only on the basis that:

  • you accept that they may be monitored;

  • you accept that we may exercise editorial control over them and may decide not to allow publication at our absolute discretion;

  • you warrant to us that all such contributions are lawful and not obscene, offensive, defamatory or infringe any rights of any third party and that you will indemnify us in respect of any breach of that warranty;

  • you warrant to all us that all content that you submit will be accurate, truthful and not misleading in any way;

  • you licence Milkcow to use the information you provide on any online of offline medium and you waive your moral rights in respect of it. The information includes forum postings, blogs and photographs posted on the forum, or any of the Milkcow websites and printed in the magazine or any publication or promotional material for Milkcow.

  • You will be solely liable for any infringement of Copyright Law by using material that has restrictions.

  • You agree to indemnify Milkcow, its employees and representatives from any and all claims and liabilities (including legal fees) which arise from your unauthorised contribution of material or material obtained via this website or otherwise from your breach of these Rules of Acceptable Use.

  • By submitting your email address to register, you agree that Milkcow, its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about any service offering related to Milkcow and the Milkcow environment.

Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of this website, these terms and any matters arising are subject to the laws of England. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England. Save as specifically provided otherwise, this website is targeted only at, and goods and services are primarily available to, UK residents.

Competitions
Specific rules apply to all competitions on this website; or printed in the Milkcow Magazine and they are available as indicated on the relevant page(s).

Privacy & Data Use

The information that you give and that we obtain through you using this website may be used by Milkcow for purposes in connection with your use of this website and other websites operated by Milkcow and also for marketing activities of Milkcow. By using this site you confirm your consent to this. If you do not want to receive any marketing information from Milkcow then please notify us in writing or via email to info@milkcow.co.uk.

Milkcow do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. All Payments are processed by PayPal, therefore Milkcow does not store any customer financial details.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund provided that you return them to us within 7 days of receipt and in a re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels.

Milkcow reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

If an incorrect item has been sent to you, please send the item back to us (by registered post)
We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by Milkcow, it may take up to 14 working days to credit the purchaser’s account.

The cost of postage of return items will not be paid by Milkcow and will be the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds offered to single magazine issues, 6 month magazine subscriptions or 12 month magazine subscriptions. All Magazine subscriptions are offered with discounts applied and will apply to the full term of the subscription. Magazines are offered at a single issue rate, 6 month rate or 12 month rate to allow the customer choice prior to committing to purchase. Full payment at a discounted rate is taken in advance and is non-refundable.

All returns are to be sent direct to Milkcow, The Bow House, Mill Lane, Little Hallingbury, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire CM22 7QT.
